
Coura Niang has been working with children, youth and families for 20 years. She has worked with families living with dynamic challenges such as mood disorders, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and personality disorders.
Coura has worked with in and adjacent to multiple systems. She understands the complexity associated with interpersonal emotive dynamics, mental health, developmental challenges across common settings that young people and their families touch.
Coura has delivered trainings and lectures to groups of professional in education and children's mental health. Her lectures focus on the relational implementation of behaviour change tools in the absence of force, manipulation and coercion. She centres her professional training and coaching sessions around care, positive expectations and supportive relational dynamics.
